Candace - Head Coach / Owner
Candace is the founder of High Performance Football and brings a rare blend of elite playing experience, coaching knowledge, and deep passion for developing players of all ages.
She’s played at the top levels of the game — rising through the ranks at Marconi Stallions (NPL 1) during her youth and senior career, before going on to represent Bankstown City Lions and Blacktown Spartans in NPL 1 First Grade. In 2013, she was selected for the Western Sydney Wanderers senior squad.
Her school years were spent at Westfields Sports High, where she represented NSW multiple times and was selected for the Junior National Team. That pathway led her to the University of Wyoming (USA), where she competed in the NCAA Division 1 – Mountain West Conference, before graduating with a Bachelor of Nutrition Science in 2017.
Resilience Through Adversity
Candace’s story is shaped by both success and struggle. A series of career-ending injuries — while playing overseas and living away from family — led to four years away from the game.
Those challenges built a deep sense of resilience and determination that now define how she coaches. She understands what it means to fight for your passion, rebuild from setbacks, and stay mentally strong — and she uses that experience to guide the players she works with, both on and off the pitch.

​Coaching With Purpose
Since returning to Sydney, Candace has coached youth teams at Marconi Stallions (NPL) and currently holds an FFA C Licence. Her coaching is high-energy, purposeful, and tailored to meet each player's needs — from technical ability to mental resilience.
